I was called the day after I applied online. The job description was very vague, it recommended a degree but yet wanted janitorial experience. When I showed up for the interview the position was now for an Assistant Area Manager. The position involved on the job training/custodial work for as little as 2 weeks to 6 months cleaning schools, lunchrooms and classrooms. At that time you could be promoted to Area Manager. I would have turned down an offer on the spot do to being mislead. I don't want to us my college degree to clean up after 2nd graders at 10pm on a Friday night.
