Initial phone interview followed by onsite meeting with director and VP both in person and on video. Both played close to the vest, not tipping hand about anything. They did share some innovative ideas that they were working on which helped to improve my interest in the company. Interviews took over an hour as we covered a lot of information and really got to know one another.
