The process was smooth. I saw the post on LinkedIn and applied. Got an interview call within 24 hours, and the interview took place on Microsoft Teams. After, they offered to onboard me but I haven't accepted yet. The agreement letter stated that the offer stood for 4 days, but the correspondent told me the longer I wait, the less my chances are of being hired. Apart from that, it was an okay experience.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
