It was easy, they ask about my personal objectives, my english level, this is the most important, also if i had some experience in the field, if i have abilities in teams enviorment and stuff like that.

It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
