On-campus for first round, then they flew me out to Modesto for final round. Behavioral questions only and ends with a group case study where we had to present results at the end to a panel of senior management and current TDMPs.

I had an on-campus interview first. Then i was flown to Modesto, CA for a set of second round interviews. The current TMDP people were nice, however the niceness seemed insincere because there were so many candidates and you couldn't really feel who was being genuine or not to you. The interviews were just okay. The interviewers did not seem to really care about us for the most part. The best interviews were with the higher management (VPs etc.) because they seemed to actually want to get to know you. Gallo took us all out to two very nice dinners, had a tour of the campus/winery and had 5 interviews altogether.
