The whole process is around 3 rounds. In the final round, they fly you out to meet with company leadership and other candidates and do a presentation and 2 more interviews.
Very easy to get along with, great culture, more like a conversation than a structured interview. They really care to get to know the people they are talking to. They also look out for potential employees and if they are interested it is easy to see.

2 rounds at my university. Final round consisted of me and 20 other college students getting flown out to Healdsburg, CA to deliver a presentation and conduct final interviews. Phenomenal experience!!

First round was informal, online, behavioral based questions. The call lasted 30-45 minutes and it was not too difficult and I was offered a second round interview on our call.
