I applied on a whim because I’d been trying to get my foot in the door for several years. Last month I received an email for an invitation to do a work keys test, I scored fairly high and was offered a phone interview about a week later. After the phone interview I was invited to an in person interview at the campus in Modesto. I was interviewed by two very kind team leads/recruiters. The atmosphere was great and the interview was pleasant. They asked about my prior experiences and what I would do in certain situations. I was told I’d hear back by the following week and hadn’t. I reached out twice and 2 weeks later I got a job offer. I am so thrilled to Start this new job and I hope to Progress far with this company! Overall process was about a month and a half, definitely worth it.

I applied online. Afterwhich, I was instructed by a rep from E & J Gallo to schedule an appt. with Alliance Worknet, so that I could take the WorkKeys Assessment. I received passing scores on all three assessments. With that I was then told to take two additional assessments at one of the offices at E & J Gallo, along with other potential applicants. I passed those and was then instructed to go to the 200 Yosemite Blvd. address and interview. I scored high enough on the interview that I was presented with a hiring agreement and then drug-screened. I started working and the last hurdle was to pass my probationary period.
