Interview
This company's HR department sucks. They took forever to email me back about the position, and only had done so after they had trolled me online. Then I went in for the interview and found the hiring manager to be disengaged. I'm thinking to myself "why did you ask me in for an interview if you don't care about what I have to say?"
Then, it took another 10 days for them to chat amongst themselves about my interview without so much as an email about how it went.
-Multiple questions; some easy, and some more difficult. It was two people asking mainly behavioral questions. Nothing they asked was unanswerable, but asking a question about "the biggest risk you've ever taken" was tough.
Straightforward, asked a lot of behavioral questions. They are just trying to get to know you. Be yourself and take a moment to pause and think about your answer. Have fun

Interview
Interview process was decent. Had 3 interviews in total. One on the phone and two in person. Asked average questions. Easy to talk too. Took long time to make an offer.
