Weeks after I applied I notice on the career portal that my status had changed to "phone screen". That was news to me since no phone screen had occurred. Almost a week later I did get a call - the phone screen consisted of repeating ALL the information on my resume. Is this your name? Do you work at _____? Is this your current position? A week after that I got another call asking me if I had a phone screen. Really, doesn't Gallo HR keep notes? A MONTH later and nothing. I am very disappointed in Gallo and their hiring process.
