Meeting with one of the principals with a short quiz at the end about concrete and beam design. Took a brief tour of the office and was introduced to a second principal.
Friendly and straightforward. I enjoyed meeting with members of the GACE team and learning about the work that they do. I was contacted quickly after I made my application and they were flexible on when I could come in to meet with them.

Interview
Just basically talking with two nice ladies. No technical questions, people there are very friendly and nice. They didn't ask any hard questions, just follow your resume. It took almost one hour, and after the interview, they walked me to have a look the office.
