overall a big cluster and no real training for your site specifics they let people repeatedly take exams until they passed. Training staff was not very good role models or knowledgeable.
The interview process is held with 3 managers from the assignment itself. Each person will take turn to ask you questions. Its a calm interview process. Do not be panic and just go with the flow.

Easy friendly relaxed just be a normal human being. If you're obviously not taking care of the normal things like hygiene and not look sharp. They probably won't think you care about the job. It's very simple be presentable and you'll get the job.
