I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G3 Good Governance Group in Oct 2025
Interview
AVOID! The interview process was straightforward. First round interview, followed by writing test, then second round. However, the COO who you will interview in the second round seems very full of himself and will make you not want to work there. Second round interview he will ask you plenty of irrelevant non-issue questions (i.e. what do you think of transition) then ask you about company information that is impossible to gather publicly. He also leaves you no time to discuss the actual writing test then holds it against you that you went overtime. Overall more concerned with a company culture that he himself doesn’t seem to understand.
COO also asked plenty of questions about concern of transitioning from public to private sector, despite the reality that all senior members of firm are former government. This is also a non-issue question as I communicated that I had an offer from an MBB firm, which clearly demonstrates private sector compatibility.
NOT WORTH IT AND TOXIC. One of the most unprofessional processes I experienced and I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
Was asked about my working experience and how they fit the job description, regional knowledge, and if I was aware of any industry trend. There was also a written test round.
