The interview process was very long. It took a little over 6 months from my first interview to offer letter. I had a pre-screen phone conversation with Rachel and one technical interview with a Systems Engineer. Rachel and my technical interviewer were really easy to talk and both conversations lasted 30 minutes. They were very timely.

Phone, Teams, and then in-person. (3-step) The environment is welcoming, but be on your toes and understand your technical competence. Rachel was very kind, as well as professional. This was the theme for the majority of the employees that I've met.
