Like I was applying for an ceo roll, a lot of interview rounds. It was all good nice talk but long process for the roll it was advertised. Wrote a letter, got back from HR, first convo was planned, had a short call with HR and then the long process started. Not difficult just time consuming (as all other job applications)

Interview
In the first interview there were 2 interviewees, one was the recruiter and the other a data scientist at G-STAR. It started quite quickly with them explaining the recruitment process. Then they asked for a casual introduction about me. One interesting question from them that followed was "Do you think you can get creative with data in general?". Then they went over my Equalture performance and asked me if I think the results from these did reflect my qualities. Towards the end they asked me about how I approach team-work and collaboration.

Interview
I applied through the G-Star career website, which involved submitting my CV and motivation letter and completing a game assessment. I was then invited for an interview with the department manager and HR.
