The interview process was extensive but very fair. Having been responsible for hiring in the past and conducted similarly technical interviews, I didn't find anything out of bounds. However, after the fourth round, where my recruiter indicated that the feedback was positive, all communication stopped. I'm uncertain if this is due to a reluctance to engage in potentially uncomfortable conversations but a simple "we went with another candidate" would have been appreciated.
