I applied online, less than a week later I was scheduled a phone interview. After completing my phone interview, the interviewer stated how excited she was to meet with me and that she thought I would be a great fit for the company. My face to face interview was schedule that following Monday, July 16th. They advised, that I was one of the first interviews and that I would hear from them within the first 2 weeks of Aug, either with a job offer or to let me know they had gone in a different direction. My interview went very well, I had all the tell tell signs that they were interested, I knew I made a great impression. However, the first 2 weeks of Aug have came and gone. It's now September and I still haven't heard back from GEHA. No pone call, no email. I even called and left a few messages, which those were not returned.
