The process itself is a heavy massive interview one consisted of three interviews where they ask the candidates to spend 2-3h per interview from their valuable time and come. Although the company doesn't have any quality assurance engineer hired, their moto is still quality software engineering. No clue how they do it, if they do it at all.
The interview has been conducted by software engineers knowing nothing about software quality, using template questions downloaded from internet. Generally the questions were not related to QA at all, just a talk about daily activities and projects I've had in the past.
An important thing I've asked is, what will happen if I don't like the project I'd be assigned to. And the answer was you are gonna have to leave the company.
