Interview
I applied online and submitted my CV. One week later I received an E-mail to take part in an interview called "Hire Vue". They ask 7 questions in a row, you have 15-30 seconds to read and think about them and 2-3 minutes time to answer. There is only one take and it is recorded by your webcam. Questions included: "What was your busiest day in your work environment?", "How would you describe G Adventures to your family/friends" and "What makes a good customer experience?"

I'd recommend practising in front of a web cam, talking about yourself, why G adventures, why you think you're fit for the job etc. You'd think it would be easier not speaking to someone directly - But when you're watching yourself and you can see a the stop watch ticking away - it can be kinda off putting. But overall, if you know what to expect it's relatively straight forward.

Applied online. Recorded a video interview answering pre recorded questions from company. Back and forth with some emails. Did not proceed. Really unfortunate not to be able to speak to someone.

On HireVue for the initial interview. I answered the questions and also emailed them to confirm completion, although the system kicked me out just as i was answering the final question. I thought they would acknowledge the receiving of my video, or at least my correspondence - I have heard nothing for two months. Extremely disappointing
