Great and stress-free job interviews process, . First, I've received a phone call from the HR to schedule a "cold call phone" interview so my 1st interview was more HR questions. Also, she explained the role very well to me, how's my experiences match what they're looking for, verified the information on the résumé and how's the hiring process works at ThinkingPhones. After that the HR arranged another interview with the team lead so the 2nd interview was very technical "TNP hires smart people only so if you want to be one of the lucky ones then do your homework and get ready for the interview". 3rd interview was with the Director so it was more about how's my technical background will fulfil the role requirements. 4th interview was with the VP and I'd say it was a behavioural interview. The 5th one was an open discussion with the CEO "so it wasn't an interview really", which's a great opportunity to chat with your future CEO even before starting your first day and feel free to ask him any question regarding to the business.
Overall, it was a great experience, all the interviewers have a positive attitude, they're smart, knowledgable and down to earth professionals. Also, it took less than 2 weeks from the first HR email until I got the job offer so it was a fast process.
