Very relaxes. I felt at home immediately. We talked as friends. The CEO told me about himself and the company first making it easier for me to talk about myself.

Interview
Phone interview and then another phone interview. Multiple rounds go phone interview and then an offer is made and I was called in for ATS training. Quick in feedback but company is under water right now so no point.
