Had an initial call with a recruiter to discuss the job, got a lot of support with interview prep. Then had my first interview with two company execs, they were really nice and welcoming, super friendly. Asked a few questions such as "tell me about yourself" etc, basic interview stuff. Was only about 20 mins long as they said they were happy to move me onto the next stage. Second interview was a competency based interview, same execs were on the call as well as the team heads from several of the company departments, i think there was about 10 people on the call overall but most were camera off and just in the background. The main interview I just spoke to one team head who was asking the questions. At the end i obviously had the chance to ask questions. I got offered the job probably about a week later after theyd finished interviewing.
