It's basically stress testing, should have a decent knowledge of markets and derivatives space and communicate well . Basic aptitude and quick thinking is an added advantage as every now and then the interviewer might push you to think and act in situations you never probably imagined

Asked me to memorize a 30 character long alphanumeric and special character sequence at the start of the interview in 10 seconds, later in the interview after 30 mins they asked me to recite the same
First a CAT type quant exam was conducted, if you pass then they make you trade in a simulated environment. In my case it was cricket game in which we have to predict the score of the team and take position based on scoreboard .

They asked a lot of trading questions since I told them I had a bit of experience and then a few quick maths ones to check if I can make quick decisions.
