Written test consists of aptitude questions and basics of c/c++/java and then if you get through it then group discussion with other candidates in which there would be 4 to 5 candidates in one group and they give you any debatable topic and you need to put your thoughts and if you get through it then there would be final face to face technical and HR combined interview. Depends on their requirement they change the interview process. For experienced person it would be 2 rounds - first technical and then HR.
