There was only one round of interview after passing an aptitude test and an English writing test. The interviewers did not ask much other than gk and case studies. They were more interested in finding out how the candidate will solve any problem handed to them.

They asked me to guesstimate the total number of employees in the building we were in.
It has a smooth hiring process. There are total three rounds. First is essay writing, second is with the domain manager (technical), last is the hr round. The technical round contains questions related to geographical region, economics, and guesstimation questions
