Group Interview - low entry requirements, but high turn over. We were led to wait in the reception and they conducted a group Interview whereby they asked us a series of questions and observed our answeres and general mannerisms, thenpeople where called out one by one from the meeting into another room, where told that they didnt make it, and people that remained, where offered the job.
