Very lengthy interview process. First HR, then you move on to another round with 2-3 people, then you do a writing sample. After that you have another interview then you will hear back from them.

The initial application was straightforward. The first screening conversation was typical. Following this comes panel and group interviews. It didn’t feel intimidating. It was a good way to get the feel of the organization and collleagues.
