Interview
Started with an HR screener, CCAT, and personality test. Two conversations with heads of departments. Clear communication from the HR partner throughout the process about next steps. Glassdoor, if you're going to make me write thirty words, you could at least add a work count so I know where I'm at.
The process was easy, assessment which included iq test and behavioral test both were timed, recruiter screen, 2 tech rounds and after that I recieved an offer from fusion risk management

Interview
Initially described by their Talent Aquisition person (Mark) as four rounds, it kept changing. After screening with Mark, I interviewed with hiring manager, which went well enough that I then interviewed with two of his direct reports (north american sales leader and then rest of world sales leader). All went well (to me).
Then ghosted. NO response to emails asking for followup.
Will NOT work for a company like this. I know everyone is "busy" but a simple acknowledgement or a polite "no" is not too much to ask.
