I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Funding Gates (New York, NY)
Interview
Funding Gates has a more in depth hiring process than most other companies. They are thorough and because they are in the early stages, they want to get the right people into key roles.
They really want to get to know you and management values team input so you will likely interview with other team members.
You may have to do a small task so that they can see your skills in action. Management will meet with you to discuss your work when you've completed it. It took time, but it wasn't too difficult. I found it was a good opportunity to get a sense of what it would be like to work with them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about my vision for my role at Funding Gates and my career as a whole.
Don't bother applying to Funding Gates because they don't bother to respond to applicants. It's common courtesy to at least say "we're not interested" after you spend a few hours preparing a custom cover letter and resume. Despite my polite follow ups, they simply didn't respond. It's both rude and unprofessional.

Question 1
An acknowledgement of my interest in their company would have been welcome.
