It was a quick and easy group interview where we did some fun team building exercises. You did some ice breakers, interviewed each other, then did the human knot. The whole process took about 30 minutes.

Submitted application and less than 2 weeks later got a call to come in to do a group interview. The process of that was being asked some scenario questions and how you would respond. The whole thing lasted around 30 minutes or so.

Interview
It was a little weird. It's a group interview, and at first they have you draw a piece of candy from the basket and that candy has a certain question attached to it that they have you answer. Then they have everyone split off into groups of two and you interview each other. Then the manager has your partner explain everything about you and vice versa. You can go in every day clothes.
