Interview
1. Criteria Assessment: 20 minutes to answer 40 logical questions
2. Hireflix Assessment (Asynchronous Interview): Expect more theoretical questions about specific technologies and hypothetical cases.
3. Coding Challenge: Make a video of no more than 1 hour implementing endpoints and unit tests in a given project.
Part 1: Aptitude Assessment
Part 2: Asynchronous Interview with Hireflix
Part 3: Technical Challenge / Skill Assessment: a 60 minutes exercise in which you will record your screen while working through the challenge.

Process was fast and took around 1 week. Interview with recruiter, 2 tech challenges and a final interview with the cto. Tech challenge using hacker rank with average complexity problems.
