The interview process for the Lead DevOps Engineer consisted of three phases, each of which was well-executed and provided a positive experience. During the first phase, I met with the recruiting team, Rory and Ross, who not only presented the role expectations but also introduced the ethos, values, and vision of FullCircl company. Their presentation was outstanding, and they also asked a series of fundamental technical questions as part of the assessment for the next phase. The second phase involved a comprehensive technical evaluation conducted by Jahed and Joah, two highly experienced engineers. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to interview with them as they provided a deep understanding of the technical aspects related to the role and the company. They did an exceptional job explaining their expectations and posed well-structured questions. In the third phase, I had a face-to-face interview with Chris H., the CTO. From the moment it began until the end, the interview was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to delve deeper into the role expectations and understand the benefits it offers. It was inspiring to hear about the company's commitment to integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction, which resonated strongly with my own values. Overall, the entire interview process was executed brilliantly, maintaining a high level of professionalism while fostering a friendly and open culture.
