Interview
Had an initial talk with the owner of the company over google meetings; this ran about an hour and we went over the companies (history, values, etc) and the standard questions about myself/interest in the position/experience.
I then had an in person meeting with two people from FSM (who I would hav reported to if I took the position); this took about an hour and a half, and covered more detail into the role, day-to-day, etc. Was asked more detailed questions about my experience.

Both my screener interview, and in person interview were very conversational. They wanted to hear about my experience but also get to know me as a person and see if I could be coachable.
