The interview process was just like most of the IT companies flow that starts with HR interview then technical assessment and interview, then job offer about a month after the last interview.
The process was straightforward. You need to take a list of assessments based on your tech stack and then schedule a final interview. The final interview includes a live coding assessment. The recruiters and interviewers were approachable and professional.

Their process is quite good.your given coding exam. but recruitment needs to level-up. still old school ghosting. where you are left with no reply then suddenly comes back after a long time . people on recruitment should learn how communicate properly and give feedback. your process drags down the company's name.
