The interview process moved swiftly and efficiently, beginning with a phone screening by HR, followed by an online interview with the hiring manager, and concluding with an in-person interview with the project director. However, what was truly disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. Despite reaching out for feedback, I received no official decline or response. Experiencing ghosting like this is frustrating and has tarnished the good impression I had, especially considering it’s labeled as a Certified B Corporation.
