Disappointing Interview Experience Went through three rounds: online tech screening, in-person technical interview at the Toronto office (FastAPI + React app), and a final round with a senior executive. Despite himself stating a pay range, HR tried to renegotiate to a lower number in middle of the process, and then ghosted me after the final round. Poor follow-through and lack of professionalism.
