Experience on my background and how to deal with preassure.
I applied to a role with Fulcrum Digital in Florida and was contacted by one of their recruiters to set up an initial call. She sent a calendar invite with the call info. A few hours before the call, she canceled it and did not give any reason. I contacted her about rescheduling and the recruiter ghosted me. This behavior was immature and very unprofessional.

1 Phone screen interview , 2 Technical rounds, and 1 HR round. All rounds come through google meet. Not too difficult, questions based on past experience and knowledge. Mainly focused on Processes flows rather than technical details.
