Very nice, i felt very comfortable, i felt like working in their company, i felt like a Japanese person. I felt like they really wanted me to join their company. They were very forthcoming
The interview process included three phases. The first phase was basic self introduction, the second one was about the linguistic knowledge, translation and conversation to check the fluency, the third and final stage consisted of discussion about the work experience, flexibility and motivation.
