I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Leeds, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
I only got as far as the online (recorded) interview. Unlike some I have done, they actually show you a video of the person asking the question you have to answer as well as it written in text, which made it more personal than the usual recorded interviews I had to do.
I believe there were 5 or 6 questions. With 30 seconds preperation time before 60 seconds to answer the questions.
Unless you have work experience, I would say some of the question were hard to answer, as I had to manipulate my academic experience to fit, which I felt I had to force at times. This meant for me personally, it made the interview quite difficult.
However, the whole process was very positive even though I was unsuccessful. One thing to note is that the video interview asked nothing about why you want to work for the company and having done a lot of reserach into them, this was quite frustrating.

Interview
So far:
- Filled in the application online
- You get assessments from Saville Swift Executive (Verbal, Numerical and Analytical)
- Invited for a Video Interview for which you get time to prepare for 30 seconds before you have to give 1 minute answer. However I recommend to prepare some questions before starting the process.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you had to act with integrity
I applied online. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Leeds, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Online application form, psychometric tests, video interview. My video interview was rendered invalid as I received an email on the same day that I had completed the interview saying the scheme was full and that they would no longer review candidates. I received no feedback on my video interview (although I did receive basic feedback on other stages e.g. my performance v the pass-mark on the psychometric tests). This was frustrating as I had spent considerable time preparing for this, as well as preparing and completing all the other stages.
