      Trainer Interview

      5 Aug 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fuel Card Services in Jun 2024

      Interview

Initially very pro-active and setting up the first interview was straight forward. Had the first interview which was fine (an informal teams call that was around 15 minutes) and was told regardless as to whether it was a yes or no I’d hear back the following week. Was also advised that the company was taking their time hiring for this role, which in this economy is ridiculous. Was then ghosted which is extremely unprofessional.. If you’re telling people when to expect the outcome of an interview, be consistent even if it’s a no and ACTUALLY get back to them.
