There are four stages in the selection and short-listing process:
a) Case studies - You are given nine case studies of which you have to answer at least five in 2.5 hours. Here your approach rather than the answer is evaluated,
b) An essay - To test your business communication,
c) Interview - Your previous experience, attitude towards work etc.
d) Presentation - Presentation and interactive skills.
