Nice and Smooth, They didn't have complicated questions. They were very understanding and open. Once your done they walk you around the floor and show you what you will be doing. You get introduced to the recruiter.

A phone screen was conducted. Then I was invited in for an on-site interview with the hiring manager. Was called and offered the job. Two weeks of training. Once the training was complete, we spent about one week out on the floor where we were still receiving help from our trainer. I felt very comfortable moving to the collection floor.
