Even the whole process was really nice and liked the company and their processes I rate the process as negative and as a waste of my time. Here is why: In the 3rd interview, they told me that their salary budget for the position is lower than what they told me in the 1st one. I was invited to the interview by an external HR to who I said my minimum salary expectations. She assured me that the company has this budget. Then was a really nice conversation with their CTO. Then after 3 weeks, I had an interview with their HR, who I said my salary expectations and she was surprised and told me that the max for this position is much lower than my salary expectations. I understand that their hire managers have KPI, but I could better spend several hours of my life.
