Round one of the interview I was talked at for almost 15 minutes I think he asked me MAYBE 5 questions that had short answers. After that they called and told me I needed to be available the next morning for round two where I was taken to a nearby park to hear more about the company from a trainer... this was where I learned that I would most likely start out working in a walmart kiosk and would make only commission. At the end of the interview they gave me a written test to define phrases that the interviewer had used and when I passed the written test they then told me I had to submit an email as to why I wanted the job by 4pm that day.
