Applied, received a call from recruiter and then went in for an interview. Was face to face with hiring manager and another manager was on the phone. This was the only interview for the position and then it was offered.

Smooth and professional, phone interview with HR that conducts a phone screen. Next interview is in-person with HR that asks basics questions, then meeting with department managers. May have a second manager interview.

Extremely easy to get a job in customer service/sales. Difficult to come in from the outside in another position. Coming into sales/customer service is very easy, even seems to attract those who struggle to find work elsewhere.
