Informal, disorganized, appeared that the job was already filled and the interviewers were going through the motions. No notes were taken by interviewer. First there was call screening before date was set for one on one. Interview was short (about 15 minutes) and over quickly. Interviewer would not answer my question as to why the position was vacant.
