I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied on July 19th. After applying I was immediately sent an email to complete an assessment. On July 26th I got an email about the telephone interview. It basically says that you need to go on the link they sent and schedule a time for them to call and interview you. Many of the slots were full so I chose August 2nd. They are in Mountain Time so make sure you know which time zone you are so you don’t miss the call. They called me on time and the questions were very just like the ones you can find here. She also asked me about my passport and if I had any tattoos. Then she invited me to the F2F interview. She also told me about the pay, how long training is, that if you move to your base there is no compensation, etc.....She told me they like to fly you out the day before so that was scheduled on August 16th (interview on August 17th). They send your information a week before you leave. If you can, bring 2 copies of your passport and ID. You also need to make arrangements of where to stay just that one night. They do not accommodate for a hotel so make sure you research where to stay. They recommend 3 hotels that are walking distance from the interview. I stayed at the Best Western and my walk was about 3 minutes away. My interview was scheduled at 7:30 and check in is at 7:00. I arrived before 7 just to be safe. Make sure you have your ID and passport ready for check in. They give you your name tag. Then you all go into the main conference room, they introduce all of the people who will interview you. They have a presentation about pay, dress code, benefits, etc....they have 2 different interviews; the 1st which is with other flight attendants, and the 2nd which is with management. After that they have a tattoo check and jump seat check (which is to see if you fit in the jump seat). Then you go back to the main room. After that they call different groups out. I was in the last group to be called. They take us in to a smaller conference room and gave us the CJO. Training is the next step and they said it would start some time in November in Orlando, FL. There were about 50 people there and about 15 or 20 of them were hired. After they told us we got the job we had to take a drug test. Then I took the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport. Overall my experience was great. They were very professional and everything went smoothly. I am very excited to be apart of the team! I want to wish everyone reading this good luck on your interview! You can do it!
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
