Fantastic and insightful. The owner was dream employer, thoughtful, considerate, wise, great listener. Open to suggestions and interested in me as a person - as well as background and experience needed to get job done. It was fun, inspiring and one of the best interviews I had ever had. The owner really is one of the best managers ever and always listens to concerns (rarely concerns) and gives access to tools needed to accomplish job in stellar fashion.
