Talked to 3 different engineers and human resources lady, who explained me the benefits to work for the company. Manager told me about the job description for that position. My manager talked about her job description and history of the company. Later, the manager showed me the famility.

The interview was straight forward and was set up by a recruiter and that was it i was offered the job on the spot. Then i was taken on a tour of the building to see exactly what i would be doing from week to week

Interview
Met with a recruiter, did a phone screening and 2 hours of in person interviews. When I got to speak with the head of the department, he made a comment that the only reason that I was invited to the interview was because I had a bs degree (in a related science). Otherwise he wouldn't have bothered talking to me. I knew then that I didn't have a chance at getting the job. I guess I lucked out because the man who would have been my boss made a joke about people with autism that made me and the HR rep very uncomfortable.
