Fresh Taste Produce interview questions

Had a phone screen done which went well. Initially it was indicated that they were looking to fill the role ASAP. In person interview was scheduled. Interview was very casual. Interviewer talked more about the role and didn't ask relevant questions pertaining to my skills and experience I could have brought to the role. To my surprise, the hiring manager indicated that a decision will be made in 3 weeks. 3 weeks is a long time compared to ASAP. After 3 weeks had not heard back. I reached out to the HR Coordinator who I had the phone screen with, and it was indicated that they have put a hold on the role. Closing of a job posting at the end cycle of the hiring process indicates poor management and judgement. Lesson for myself - I will no longer apply to companies that has poor reviews. Red flags everywhere for this employer.
