Manager late for interview and MD left half way to get a sandwich from the van outside…dingy office with no one in there interview was fine but offered me the job then retracted it after 44 hours because I hadn’t signed the contract or told them I’d received it which I then explained was because I was busy caring for my daughter I’d get round to it at some point (was no time frame on it). MD didn’t care withdrew the offer anyway and obviously had no regard or care for mums or people who have lives. Very arrogant management who think the world revolves around them and I specifically asked if they had a HR person and they’d only just hired one because in the MDs words ‘I just want these guys to do their work’ so clearly does not care about their health and wellbeing.
